Analysis of existing and prior conditions of trees involved in causing damage to structures, causing injuries, and causing/contributing to/being involved in motor vehicle accidents, with emphasis on analysis of maintenance of trees, including pruning, control of parasites and rot, and proper clearing techniques. Control and maintenance of right of way setbacks from property lines, clear areas adjacent to shoulders on highways, and other areas likely to be encroached upon by vegetation if not properly maintained.
