Performed analyses on a myriad of failed mechanical parts, motors, metal flight structures, switches, cables, mechanical drives, fasteners, glass, and plastic parts. Evaluated materials (plastic, glass, and metal) used in the manufacture of aircraft parts for proper physical and mechanical properties using material and metallurgical destructive and nondestructive inspection techniques.
